Axiom is a DJ, musician, and music industry professional based in Dallas, TX. She attended the University of Miami where she got her start DJing on the campus radio station WVUM in 2007, and it was there she fell madly in love with techno and absorbed all the city had to offer. She took her DJing to the streets of Miami in 2009 and played some of her favorite venues there such as the Electric Pickle and Churchill’s Pub and threw a monthly party at Panther Coffee during the Wynwood Art Walk. She was also a founding member of experimental electronic band Telekinetic Walrus and the Pride of Ions and played all over the city, even at Ultra Music Festival, with them. She co-founded electronic music blog Robotic Peacock in 2013, which has since gained global recognition from some of the scene's biggest DJs and events.
Since returning to Dallas, Axiom has spent time developing her own productions, DJing all over the city, and throwing parties - Resonance at Drugstore Cowboy, Cosmic Transmissions at Crown and Harp, Techno Kitties From Space at Henderson Beauty Bar, sub:vert at Deep Ellum Beauty Bar, and Entropy at Industry Alley - highlighting her favorite local artists. She has been a resident with the Guild Soundsystem and Cross Border Warriors and is a founding member of Sequence Process, which started hosting events at It’ll Do Club in 2019. Axiom was half of the duo Pulvis Solaris and is currently half of Gefährlich. She has recently shared the decks with Gabriel I, Volvox, Rebekah, Shaded, and more, and has played in cities such as Amsterdam, Las Vegas, Kansas City, and Denver. She looks forward to bringing her dark, melodic style to many more dance floors across the world.
